Univrs.ai was invented by Anthony Fransella as a way to help Product Teams utilize all customer data, from user research, survey responses, Voice of Customer, Sales calls, Support Tickets, account metrics, and predictive analytics.

The platform uses LLMs (like ChatGPT) to understand and segment written or recorded speech, but does not use AI for calculations or other processes that require a higher degree of authority and reliability than AI can provide currently.

Jacob Chafik brings decades of expertise in all aspects of software development and enterprise level systems and security, including applications used by Government Agencies.

Together the core team brings a century of professional experience in product management, user research, product design, data analytics, and software development.
